I woke up at 2:30 this morning…for no apparent reason except that my body hates me. I ended up just sitting and reading “Grace & Style: The art of pretending you have it”. So far I’m really enjoying it.
Youtube has completely been my solace over the last few months. And I will admit that Grace Helbig is a huge part of the reason I’ve become a little more interested in makeup and fashion.
Anyways, onto other things. I’ve actually been taking pretty good care of myself over the last couple days *proud*. I’ve been keeping to my nightly routine of showering, brushing my teeth, taking my meds, eating dinner, and watching something comforting. Oh yeah and I’ve started putting cucumbers on my eyes! Seriously it’s working on the bags and it’s so refreshing! So that’s my new routine and I’m feeling pretty good about it. Now to solidify my morning routine a little more and I’ll be set!
So here’s to trying this out for the next few weeks…let’s move this Self Care Sunday into a daily lifestyle!
