I almost forgot to do my rundown of March’s goals. March was when I was suppose to focus on working out. Well…that didn’t work out so well. The weather was pretty crappy, but honestly I just used that as an excuse. April’s goal is to work on nutrition, which I’ve unfortunately already been sucking at. So, I’m going to work really hard to cram in both goals into this month (like a Bawse) as prep for Hawaii. I know it’s shallow, but I really want to feel good in a bikini.
Anyways, on to my goals rundown:
- January. Take better care of myself: I kept with my morning and night routine, and I’ve stayed consistent with my meds (though I did accidentally miss a couple of days). January goals have definitely carried over through the months and certainly become habits. Good job self!
- February. Blog everyday: I’ve been consistent with blogging though, again, missed a day here and there. Especially with the New York trip. But I’m proud of keeping this blog afloat. I think this may be the longest I’ve kept a blog going.
- March. Start working out: See above.
As far as my reading goals go for this month, I will be reading books that center around Hawaii. I thought this would be a fun way to prep for the trip! And as mentioned before, my bonus book (books that stray from the monthly theme), I read “How to be a Bawse”.
